We ask that when you come to the salon, that you please come alone. Please be aware there is no seating in our waiting area.

Upon arrival, we ask that you please call the salon to let us know you have arrived. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time and plan to wait in your car until your stylist is ready for you. When your stylist is ready, one of our front desk team members will call or text you.

We ask that you enter the salon wearing a mask which covers both your mouth and nose. We expect your mask to remain on through the duration of your service. Our entire team will also be wearing masks.

Please note we are unable to accept gratuity on a credit card payment. You can directly tip your service provider with cash or check or Venmo.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the salon at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This will allow us enough time to (hopefully) fill your spot. During these unprecedented times, we’ve removed several styling chairs from our salon and have limited the hours of our stylists. Therefore, every open chair makes a big impact—not only on your stylist, but our business overall. We thank you for your cooperation and support, as always.
