IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR UPCOMING VISIT:


Arrival: We know your time is important. In order for us to stay on schedule for you and other guests coming in, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you may settle in (i.e. check in with the front desk, hang your jacket, use the restroom, grab a beverage).

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the salon at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This will allow us enough time to (hopefully) fill your spot. Cancellations in less than 24 hours will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services and 100% for no-show appointments. Late appointments may result in a change in service in order to keep the appointments on time and not negatively impact clients later in the day. Appointments that cannot be accommodated due to tardiness may be treated as a no-show and will incur no-show charging. We appreciate your understanding of our policy.

Gratuity: You can directly tip your service provider with cash or check.

Pets: When coming to the salon, please leave your pets at home. The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs state that with the exception of service dogs - animals are not allowed in salons at any time.
